My name is Mahnoor Fatima, a student of Beaconhouse Potohar Campus, Islamabad. Garden of Reflected Wisdom is a digital artwork that captures how light, reflection, and history come together to create harmony between nature and architecture. Taken at Shalimar Bagh in Lahore, the image shows how sunlight and water transform a familiar place into something timeless and serene. It invites viewers to pause and appreciate how light continues to shape our perception of beauty.
Artist Statement:
Apertura is a 3D art piece that explores how light and shadows can change the way we see a structure.
The box-like form has arch-shaped windows on all sides, allowing light to pass through and create interesting patterns. Inside, coloured translucent materials reflect and filter the light in different ways.
It is inspired by Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana.
As the light changes, so does the mood of the piece.
It invites people to notice small changes and think about how light shapes our surroundings.
