My name is Inaya Ghafoor. I am from grade 4 “Beaconhouse school system Gojra campus” . I have participated in this Virtual art competition in mixed media category. I have tried to paste the image of my city’s bazar on a canvas. I wanted to show the true colors of the bazar of my city. I have depicted the beauty of my cities bazar on a canvas. I wanted to show the people the bazar of my city “Gojra”. I used acrylic paints, water paints, oil paints, paint brushes, toy vehicles , straws, toy bottles, artificial grass and beads to depict the beautiful scenery of my bazaar.

Mixed Media Art:

Mixed media is a term used to describe artworks composed from a combination of different media or materials. Students can combine a variety of media and artistic techniques to create the Art piece. The painting and drawing techniques may include layering, texturizing, slicing, weaving, collage and creating a peeled paint effect. The materials that can be used vary from cloth, wood, paper, paint, metal, stones, and more. In this type of art different media or materials are mixed into one piece.

Art Work will be submitted in the form of images. Below are the image submission specifications.

  • Supported Image formats: The image may be uploaded in any one of the formats i.e. JPG/JPEG or PNG
  • Allowed file sizes: The image size should not exceed 10MB.
  • Dimensions for Image: The images should be in landscape mode.
