If you are happy and you know it so clap your hands!

Description :

Sometimes or most of the time in my life I see things in black and white, and I wonder if I just can’t ever find myself happy. I want to change this trait of mine and satisfy myself, which is certainly impossible. In this artwork, I used acrylic paints, which show black and white dripping paint and colourful paint dripping over it. This shows me trying to find positivity to stay happy and satisfied in life no matter how worse the situation turns out to be. And it’s not just me it happens with everyone, we all try to find or rather crave that colourful bliss in life in our ways when everything takes a wrong turn (which is represented by the different facial expressions of happiness in different colours). People like me would also want to escape reality to find happiness so that is why I showed this work to be vague and dreamlike because for me art is the only haven to escape which I must say is my expression of happiness.
