Hello, My name is Mohammad Ali Nasir I represent the class of 7-D. In this art competition I have made a painting called “The circle of life”. This painting has a yinyang depicting two scenarios, one with a beautiful green mountain side & the other showing a volcanic eruption. These two views represent the two main emotions in life. The beautiful mountain side showing happiness and the volcano side showing sadness. the meaning of this painting is, you must live the reality of life to experience the happiness. Both the emotions (forces) always co-exist.

Mixed Media Art:

Mixed media is a term used to describe artworks composed from a combination of different media or materials. Students can combine a variety of media and artistic techniques to create the Art piece. The painting and drawing techniques may include layering, texturizing, slicing, weaving, collage and creating a peeled paint effect. The materials that can be used vary from cloth, wood, paper, paint, metal, stones, and more. In this type of art different media or materials are mixed into one piece.

Art Work will be submitted in the form of images. Below are the image submission specifications.

  • Supported Image formats: The image may be uploaded in any one of the formats i.e. JPG/JPEG or PNG
  • Allowed file sizes: The image size should not exceed 10MB.
  • Dimensions for Image: The images should be in landscape mode.
