I have shown two girls who came out to dance with each other on a beautiful sight high up in the air of freedom whooshing by. I have shown cool colors and black to represent the landscape and the girls. While cool colors can represent joy and happiness. A night sky with so many millions of stars makes it look absolutely beautiful and stunning. The purpose of this painting was to capture that even though we get occupied in our busy daily lives our hearts always need to be with each other playing and dancing around.

Mixed Media Art:

Mixed media is a term used to describe artworks composed from a combination of different media or materials. Students can combine a variety of media and artistic techniques to create the Art piece. The painting and drawing techniques may include layering, texturizing, slicing, weaving, collage and creating a peeled paint effect. The materials that can be used vary from cloth, wood, paper, paint, metal, stones, and more. In this type of art different media or materials are mixed into one piece.

Art Work will be submitted in the form of images. Below are the image submission specifications.

  • Supported Image formats: The image may be uploaded in any one of the formats i.e. JPG/JPEG or PNG
  • Allowed file sizes: The image size should not exceed 10MB.
  • Dimensions for Image: The images should be in landscape mode.
