Rest in Peace

Hina Zenab

Description :

Water and fish have long been identified as omens of happiness. In ancient culture, fish were often associated with joy. Snails are also a common superstition for bringing good luck, hence this picture erupted in my mind. The main element of this picture is the skull, The idea for this is that a human is fully content when they have no relation with the cruel and unjust world, hence the bare skull, only the infrastructure of the human body and not the emotion(heart, skin, brain).Today’s world is a hard reality for most. We prefer closed doors and isolation just to avoid facing our problems. So, is under the sea, away from everyone, surrounded by charms of happiness not the best isolation of all?
