Description :

These are hamsters inside my empty boba tea cup. I decided to use them because boba is my favourite drink and hamster is my pet. I decided to combine them together for my piece of art. The theme is about expression of happiness and I would like to show you what makes me happy. I used warm colors for the boba cup that represent my extreme happiness especially the pink color. It is the color on my date of birth. I drew those smiley faces around the boba cup mixed with colourful or rainbows colours because I can enjoy my boba cup while I am playing with my hamsters. It makes me very happy every day.

Mixed Media Art:

Mixed media is a term used to describe artworks composed from a combination of different media or materials. Students can combine a variety of media and artistic techniques to create the Art piece. The painting and drawing techniques may include layering, texturizing, slicing, weaving, collage and creating a peeled paint effect. The materials that can be used vary from cloth, wood, paper, paint, metal, stones, and more. In this type of art different media or materials are mixed into one piece.

Art Work will be submitted in the form of images. Below are the image submission specifications.

  • Supported Image formats: The image may be uploaded in any one of the formats i.e. JPG/JPEG or PNG
  • Allowed file sizes: The image size should not exceed 10MB.
  • Dimensions for Image: The images should be in landscape mode.
