Reflection,light and Shadows of Architecture

Artist Name: Zarla Zeeshan

About Artist:

Hello, my name is Zarla Zeeshan. I am from Beaconhouse AITC Campus, Lahore. I love painting and drawing, it is my passion. Playing with colours while using my imagination is my therapy.

Artist Statement:

This painting is inspired by beautiful old architecture and its reflection in water. The building’s domes and arches show a traditional style, reminding us of history and culture. I wanted to capture how these structures blend with nature, creating a peaceful scene. The reflection in the water adds a sense of calm and makes the building look almost like a dream. It also represents how everything in life has a deeper meaning when we take time to reflect. I painted this because I love how architecture and nature come together. It’s a way to show the beauty of both and how they create harmony.
This artwork is a reminder to slow down, appreciate our surroundings, and reflect on the world around us.
