I have made 2D drawing of Bazar. I have made the use of different colors, oil pastels and soft pastels to capture the alluring techniques of the seller to charm the costumers and also to reflect the mood and choices of people and their temptation towards colors. I also tried to portray hat how sellers use the captivated slogans to tempt the buyers in the bazar of Karachi. These Bazars offers the costumer friendly rates to buyers .I tried to maintain a transition between the positives and negatives of the Bazar by creating the evil side in the form of open gutter, scattered electric wires that causes problem for local Krachites.

Mixed Media Art:

Mixed media is a term used to describe artworks composed from a combination of different media or materials. Students can combine a variety of media and artistic techniques to create the Art piece. The painting and drawing techniques may include layering, texturizing, slicing, weaving, collage and creating a peeled paint effect. The materials that can be used vary from cloth, wood, paper, paint, metal, stones, and more. In this type of art different media or materials are mixed into one piece.

Art Work will be submitted in the form of images. Below are the image submission specifications.

  • Supported Image formats: The image may be uploaded in any one of the formats i.e. JPG/JPEG or PNG
  • Allowed file sizes: The image size should not exceed 10MB.
  • Dimensions for Image: The images should be in landscape mode.
