As you know, the visual characteristics of artwork are lines, colors, values, shapes, textures, space, and movement. To describe IT, I think beyond straight or curved, red or orange, light or dark, round or square, striped or polka dot, shallow or deep, and small or large.Our duty is to not only make a person feel through our work, but also make them feel through your words. For the average person to understand our creations, we must describe our own art .We must describe its features and benefits to make a connection between our art and the average person . The materials i used to make the painting are canvas,paints,coloured oil pastels,brushes and tissue to merge and for making shades .

Mixed Media Art:

Mixed media is a term used to describe artworks composed from a combination of different media or materials. Students can combine a variety of media and artistic techniques to create the Art piece. The painting and drawing techniques may include layering, texturizing, slicing, weaving, collage and creating a peeled paint effect. The materials that can be used vary from cloth, wood, paper, paint, metal, stones, and more. In this type of art different media or materials are mixed into one piece.

Art Work will be submitted in the form of images. Below are the image submission specifications.

  • Supported Image formats: The image may be uploaded in any one of the formats i.e. JPG/JPEG or PNG
  • Allowed file sizes: The image size should not exceed 10MB.
  • Dimensions for Image: The images should be in landscape mode.
