Description :

In my masterpiece, a bird is enjoying in the rain and having fun. They are many items used for this artwork newspaper, glitter, feathers, paper, acrylic paint, pearls etc.I took my time and thought what I wanted to make and in my head I wanted to do a bird because birds are a animal I have loved since I was little.While making this masterpiece and putting my blood, sweat and tears in it I realized that I really like making different artworks with different medias in them.

Mixed Media Art:

Mixed media is a term used to describe artworks composed from a combination of different media or materials. Students can combine a variety of media and artistic techniques to create the Art piece. The painting and drawing techniques may include layering, texturizing, slicing, weaving, collage and creating a peeled paint effect. The materials that can be used vary from cloth, wood, paper, paint, metal, stones, and more. In this type of art different media or materials are mixed into one piece.

Art Work will be submitted in the form of images. Below are the image submission specifications.

  • Supported Image formats: The image may be uploaded in any one of the formats i.e. JPG/JPEG or PNG
  • Allowed file sizes: The image size should not exceed 10MB.
  • Dimensions for Image: The images should be in landscape mode.
