Description :

This is the picture of a typical bazar of Pakistan in a metropolitan city. This is the kind of bazar found in every big as well as small city where people usually go for grocery and to buy household items. Such type of bazar are usually crowded with hawkers and shops on both side, and a narrow road in between. The picture also shows a rickshaw which is usually the preferred mode of transport within these bazar, and a female in black burqa carrying shopping bags. The bazar is located in the residential area which is also a one stop shopping place for local residents.

Mixed Media Art:

Mixed media is a term used to describe artworks composed from a combination of different media or materials. Students can combine a variety of media and artistic techniques to create the Art piece. The painting and drawing techniques may include layering, texturizing, slicing, weaving, collage and creating a peeled paint effect. The materials that can be used vary from cloth, wood, paper, paint, metal, stones, and more. In this type of art different media or materials are mixed into one piece.

Art Work will be submitted in the form of images. Below are the image submission specifications.

  • Supported Image formats: The image may be uploaded in any one of the formats i.e. JPG/JPEG or PNG
  • Allowed file sizes: The image size should not exceed 10MB.
  • Dimensions for Image: The images should be in landscape mode.
