Today I visit the market near my home. It is our local market. Though the market is not very big, we can buy goods according to our need. It is overcrowded. The shops are small and full of products. Though the market is very small, it is organized properly. The streets are very clean and there are dustbins on the corners of the streets. On one side, there are shops that sell groceries, fruits and dairy products. On the other side, there are shops selling, clothes, school dresses and bags. There are other shops as well as selling, toys, gift items and electronic goods. Some other shops can also be seen on the footpath selling fish, watches and flowers. On one side, there is a line of shops making food and delicious dishes. This local market has made our life very easy.

Mixed Media Art:

Mixed media is a term used to describe artworks composed from a combination of different media or materials. Students can combine a variety of media and artistic techniques to create the Art piece. The painting and drawing techniques may include layering, texturizing, slicing, weaving, collage and creating a peeled paint effect. The materials that can be used vary from cloth, wood, paper, paint, metal, stones, and more. In this type of art different media or materials are mixed into one piece.

Art Work will be submitted in the form of images. Below are the image submission specifications.

  • Supported Image formats: The image may be uploaded in any one of the formats i.e. JPG/JPEG or PNG
  • Allowed file sizes: The image size should not exceed 10MB.
  • Dimensions for Image: The images should be in landscape mode.
