This picture (drawing) actually explains the bazaars of my city. So basically, I am from Kashmir so I represented Kashmir as my city and drew the bazaars and shops that I know. I expressed my creativity as much as I could in a short period of time with struggle, hard work as well as a lot of motivation that lead me here. There is a shop with mehndi and bangles with a man standing there, there is a clothing shop, there is a crockery shop with red and orange tubs, yellow bucket, black utensils, and plates as well as there is another shop which is not certainly given a name. So, I hope that I win something and make my teachers, as well as myself, proud of who I am! I submitted it again because I thought I didn’t submit it earlier.

Mixed Media Art:

Mixed media is a term used to describe artworks composed from a combination of different media or materials. Students can combine a variety of media and artistic techniques to create the Art piece. The painting and drawing techniques may include layering, texturizing, slicing, weaving, collage and creating a peeled paint effect. The materials that can be used vary from cloth, wood, paper, paint, metal, stones, and more. In this type of art different media or materials are mixed into one piece.

Art Work will be submitted in the form of images. Below are the image submission specifications.

  • Supported Image formats: The image may be uploaded in any one of the formats i.e. JPG/JPEG or PNG
  • Allowed file sizes: The image size should not exceed 10MB.
  • Dimensions for Image: The images should be in landscape mode.
