No two people have the same way of expressing happiness. When I saw this prompt my brain came up blank because when we think about expressing “happiness”, what normally comes to our minds are images of bright lights, parties, big social gatherings. However that isn’t my way of expressing joy as a natural introvert. My way of expressing happiness, is solitude. Being by yourself and expressing your happiness and gratitude towards god. Not spells of loneliness but rather moments that bring you utter peace. A moment of epiphany for the heart as it finds solace in divine help.

Mixed Media Art:

Mixed media is a term used to describe artworks composed from a combination of different media or materials. Students can combine a variety of media and artistic techniques to create the Art piece. The painting and drawing techniques may include layering, texturizing, slicing, weaving, collage and creating a peeled paint effect. The materials that can be used vary from cloth, wood, paper, paint, metal, stones, and more. In this type of art different media or materials are mixed into one piece.

Art Work will be submitted in the form of images. Below are the image submission specifications.

  • Supported Image formats: The image may be uploaded in any one of the formats i.e. JPG/JPEG or PNG
  • Allowed file sizes: The image size should not exceed 10MB.
  • Dimensions for Image: The images should be in landscape mode.
