Hi, My name is Syeda Erina Fatimah, i study in grade 5, un Beaconhouse School System Gulshan Campus. I have painted this canvas where sun is rising near sea shore and flowers are blossoming. This is my Expression of Happiness. In my art, I like to capture the beauty in mundane objects & places. Different mediums allow me to express different ideas. Without the ability to actualize an idea or concept, art would not exist. My work is a constant search for the best way to interpret the ideas that I have about myself and the world I live in. I do not limit myself to one medium, style, or concept. Inspiration and ideas change. Knowledge changes. Each piece I create is what I’ve learned, as well as a preview of the future.

Mixed Media Art:

Mixed media is a term used to describe artworks composed from a combination of different media or materials. Students can combine a variety of media and artistic techniques to create the Art piece. The painting and drawing techniques may include layering, texturizing, slicing, weaving, collage and creating a peeled paint effect. The materials that can be used vary from cloth, wood, paper, paint, metal, stones, and more. In this type of art different media or materials are mixed into one piece.

Art Work will be submitted in the form of images. Below are the image submission specifications.

  • Supported Image formats: The image may be uploaded in any one of the formats i.e. JPG/JPEG or PNG
  • Allowed file sizes: The image size should not exceed 10MB.
  • Dimensions for Image: The images should be in landscape mode.
