Happy sacrifices

My masterpiece is inspired by the recent Eid (Eid -ul-Adha).I made this artwork according to the theme ;expressions of happiness. Art speaks where words are unable to explain. I wanted to show the world my culture and religion. My artwork is the blend of architectural and cartoonistic form of drawing . On Eid everybody is happy. There is smile and excitement on everybody’s face. On Eid all the Muslims around the world are happy and help each other . The children are happy . Muslims help the poor even if the poor are non Muslims. Women are happy and most importantly the animals that are being slaughtered are happy to be slaughtered on Eid and that’s why this artwork is called happy sacrifices. I also wanted to show the architectural beauty of my country and made the famous Badshahi Mosque . The reason I made is that the mosque symbolizes the power and grandeur of Mughal empire and also represents the beautiful architecture of Mughal Empire and is a symbol of Muslim community in Pakistan. The mosque has three marble domes, the largest of which is located in the centre of the mosque, and which is flanked by two smaller domes.
