Description :

My name is Umaiza and I am from class 5 – red. I made a bazaar of my city. I used so many materials to create it. So I started it by looking at the old pictures of Lahore because one day my dad took pictures of many places. Then I concentrated on the details. When my picture was done I started doing shading with the help of shading pencils and then I added water in it. After that, I outlined some of the people and objects to make it neat. But finally my drawing turned out great.

Mixed Media Art:

Mixed media is a term used to describe artworks composed from a combination of different media or materials. Students can combine a variety of media and artistic techniques to create the Art piece. The painting and drawing techniques may include layering, texturizing, slicing, weaving, collage and creating a peeled paint effect. The materials that can be used vary from cloth, wood, paper, paint, metal, stones, and more. In this type of art different media or materials are mixed into one piece.

Art Work will be submitted in the form of images. Below are the image submission specifications.

  • Supported Image formats: The image may be uploaded in any one of the formats i.e. JPG/JPEG or PNG
  • Allowed file sizes: The image size should not exceed 10MB.
  • Dimensions for Image: The images should be in landscape mode.
