My City’s Wonderous Bazaar

Mahnnor Rashid

Description :

A typical Saturday morning, with everyday men and women arguing over the high prices of fruits amidst the hustle and bustle of city life. Fresh produce arrived early in the morning and the people rushed to secure the freshest batch of the lot. It is still quite early in the morning, so the boxes are spread everywhere in an untidy, unkempt fashion. One can practically hear the birds chirping, children playing, vehicles honking and ladies arguing. The inspiration for this splotch art is for me to capture the reality of street bazaars in a single busy and messy painting , just like real bazaars we see in our day to day life!
