Today I want to present to you my artwork on the bazaars of my city. I live in Lahore and wanted to show the beauty of the old Lahore bazaars. The bazaars of Lahore show the culture, diversity and life of Lahore. When everyone from different places come together in Lahore they bring their own set of opinion and their culture and add it to the beauty of the bazaar. The hustle and bustle of the bazaars of Lahore are unimaginable. The bazaars of Lahore are always alive and there is always something new to discover but even I as a Lahori learned the importance of our bazaars in our society, and want to thank all those who make it possible for us to enjoy our time in bazaars.

Mixed Media Art:

Mixed media is a term used to describe artworks composed from a combination of different media or materials. Students can combine a variety of media and artistic techniques to create the Art piece. The painting and drawing techniques may include layering, texturizing, slicing, weaving, collage and creating a peeled paint effect. The materials that can be used vary from cloth, wood, paper, paint, metal, stones, and more. In this type of art different media or materials are mixed into one piece.

Art Work will be submitted in the form of images. Below are the image submission specifications.

  • Supported Image formats: The image may be uploaded in any one of the formats i.e. JPG/JPEG or PNG
  • Allowed file sizes: The image size should not exceed 10MB.
  • Dimensions for Image: The images should be in landscape mode.
