Through this art project, I learned a lot of things about the bazaars of Lahore I realized the important role they play. Bazaars of Lahore show the colours, diversity and beauty of Lahore. Through my paintbrush, I wanted to show what bazaars meant to us and how they connect us. I want to show the world my creativity and today I will present my art piece on “the bazaars of my city”. Bazaars of Lahore are cultural hubs I tried to capture some of its essences through my paints and my brush. Hopefully, I can show the beauty of the bazaar through my painting.

Mixed Media Art:

Mixed media is a term used to describe artworks composed from a combination of different media or materials. Students can combine a variety of media and artistic techniques to create the Art piece. The painting and drawing techniques may include layering, texturizing, slicing, weaving, collage and creating a peeled paint effect. The materials that can be used vary from cloth, wood, paper, paint, metal, stones, and more. In this type of art different media or materials are mixed into one piece.

Art Work will be submitted in the form of images. Below are the image submission specifications.

  • Supported Image formats: The image may be uploaded in any one of the formats i.e. JPG/JPEG or PNG
  • Allowed file sizes: The image size should not exceed 10MB.
  • Dimensions for Image: The images should be in landscape mode.
