The artwork shows a girl twirling in immense happiness her dress displays different expressions of happiness using the idea of splitting of white light, her white blouse splits into vibrant spectrum of colors similarly expressions of happiness emerge in various forms. The colors show numerous ways in which happiness can be expressed. Just like the colors of rainbow happiness reveals itself in a multitude of hues. To further elaborate the idea background displays 190 pictures taken in moments of happiness each radiating a unique sense of joy and contentment.

Mixed Media Art:

Mixed media is a term used to describe artworks composed from a combination of different media or materials. Students can combine a variety of media and artistic techniques to create the Art piece. The painting and drawing techniques may include layering, texturizing, slicing, weaving, collage and creating a peeled paint effect. The materials that can be used vary from cloth, wood, paper, paint, metal, stones, and more. In this type of art different media or materials are mixed into one piece.

Art Work will be submitted in the form of images. Below are the image submission specifications.

  • Supported Image formats: The image may be uploaded in any one of the formats i.e. JPG/JPEG or PNG
  • Allowed file sizes: The image size should not exceed 10MB.
  • Dimensions for Image: The images should be in landscape mode.
