Hi, I am Rania Kamran Qureshi, and I am currently in my second year of O’Levels. I really like to do photography and art.
Artist Statement:
There is a huge debate about whether city life is better, or the countryside. Personally, I enjoy the city life, especially at midnight, so I decided that I should portray my vision of a midnight city life through the digital medium of art. I have used Procreate, a digital art app, to create this artwork. While deciding the colour scheme, I experimented with many colours, be it neon pink or cyber blue, but I ended up choosing a bright yet simple colour scheme for my artpiece. It took around seven to eight hours to fully create this artwork.
